Mary Varnell, 91, of Flintstone went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 16, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at her home. She was born in Houston, TX, June 27, 1926, a daughter of Wright and Mary Duncan Fairhurst. She has lived in the North Georgia area most of her life.
Survivors are daughters, Forrestine (Jimmy) Lewis, Chickamauga and Becky (Steve) Richardson, Flintstone; sons, Ben Wyly, Horseshoe Bay, TX and Mike (Ginger) Wyly, Signal Mtn.; step-daughter, Alyce (Carlis) Swafford, East Brainerd; grandchildren, Scott and Brandon Wyly, Sarah Wallin, Rachael Smith, Keith Richardson; 2 step-grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
