Mary Ellen Neligh, 86,. Our Dad was called home on February 2, 2008, and he took our Mothers hand on Sunday March 13, 2016 from the Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in Waynesburg, PA, They are joined together now and forever.
She was born May 13, 1929, in Bobtown, PA., the daughter of the late Sandford and Elizabeth Ann Boydell Golden
Mary loved to sing in the church choir, loved doing crossword puzzles, and loved to watch the Steelers play. And especially enjoyed her precious dogs, Prissy, Cricket, and Polly.
She is survived by two daughters, Patty Stockdale and husband Richard, Waynesburg, PA. Paula Heath and husband Randy, Princeton, NC. Three sons, Mike Neligh and companion Christine, Carmichael, PA., Paul Neligh and wife Nancy Vestaburg, PA. and Tim and Katie Neligh, Carmichael, PA. fifteen grandchildren, and several great grandchildren, one sister, Dora Alice Lash, Morgantown, WV. Two brothers, Robert Golden and wife Barbara, and Harvey Golden and wife Dottie both of Denver, CO. and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one daughter, Rebecca Elizabeth Miller, one sister, Elizabeth Joan Stephens, and one brother, Sandford Golden, Jr.
