Mary Ellen Haun, 92, died peacefully on Sunday, November 29, 2015. Mrs. Haun was born in Greenville, IL, on August 16, 1923 and had been a resident of Boerne, TX, for the past 5 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pearl Arthur Hunter and Nancy Willman Hunter, her husband of 66 years, Lewis Haun, a son, Arthur Haun, a son-in-law, Robert Melton, her brother, Arnold Hunter, and sisters, Edith Brewer and Helen Tschannen. Mrs. Haun is survived by her children, Diana (Bill) Scavone, Mary Lou (Jerry) Loacker, Anna Melton, Janet (Charlie) Bokemeier, and Gary (Rachel) Haun, her sister, Vera Wise, and sister-in-law, Ann Hunter. Mrs. Haun had twelve Grandchildren and sixteen Great Grandchildren.
