Mary Elizabeth Nailos, born July 14, 1907, of Chattanooga, formerly of Waterloo, NY passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2009, in a local health care facility. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, William Henry and Mary Frawley Nailos, two brothers, James J. Nailos and Fred W. Nailos, and two sisters, Margaret Nailos and Frances Nailos Buchner. Elizabeth earned a B.A. degree from William Smith College, Geneva. NY, and a M.A. degree from The University of Buffalo, Buffalo, NY. She was an educator, and taught high school mathematics in the Waterloo, New York Public School System.
