Mary E. Wagner, 86, of Jacksonville, died Thursday, July 23, 2015, at Passavant Area Hospital in Jacksonville.
She was born May 15, 1929, in Philadelphia, IL, the daughter of Earl and Nellie Stewart Norris.
She is survived by one daughter and two sons, Deanna (Carl) Wise of Pleasant Plains, Dennis (Linda) Trowbridge, and Sam (Jean) Wagner, both of Jacksonville; two granddaughters, Mary(Jim)Fields of Pleasant Plains, and Angela (Darius) House of Springfield; four great-grandchildren, Megan Fields, Patrick Fields, Joshua Fields, and Evan House; one sister, Frances (Orville) Baker of Riverton; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Mitchel Trowbridge, and four brothers.
Mary was retired from the State of Illinois. She was an avid reader, enjoyed sewing and various crafts, and loved to bake.
