Mary E. Ierovante, 84, of Fountain Hill passed away on Thurs., March 1, 2012 at home. She was the wife of the late Dominick Ierovante, who passed away in 2011.
Born in Castroregio, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Pasqualina) Giacumbo.
She was a seamstress for Lehigh Dress Co. before retiring.
Mary was a member of the former Our Lady of Pompei Church, and it’s Mother of Sorrows Sodality.
Surviving: daughter, Anne Ierovante Freeh of Fountain Hill, son, Nicholas A. Ierovante and wife Pattiann of Mt. Pocono; six grandsons and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by sister, Catherine Romanelli.
