Loving Mother
Mary E. Carrier, 79, of Alamogordo, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2009 at her home surrounded by family and loved ones.
She was born March 18, 1930 in Detroit, MI to Raymond and Mary E. (Eckman) Boas. She loved to paint. She was active in the Airedale Rescue. She volunteered at Father James B. Hay Thrift Store.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Mary Lynn and her brother, Raymond Boas, Jr.
She is survived by two sons, Thomas Carrier of Alamogordo and William A. Carrier and wife, Debbie of Tucson, AZ; two daughter, Susan A. Schlee and husband Robert of Woodbridge, VA and Lynda M. Carrier of Alamogordo; six grandchildren, Raymond, Jason, Jessica, Shawn, Larissa and Christopher; two great grandchildren, Damian and Dominick; sister, Agnes Boas and her son William; a sister-in-law, Joan Boas of Mount Holly, NJ, as well as, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
