Mary D. Warner, age 72 of Kalamazoo, passed away December 15, 2020. She was born September 25, 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Carl and Lera (Whitlow) Hart.

Mary was a very loving and giving person. Mary worked as a cashier at Meijer for many years and retired from there. She volunteered at the VA Hospital and was a strong advocate for animals. She especially adored her dog, Sadie, who passed before her. She enjoyed crafts and making things for other people, as well as playing cards and putting together jigsaw puzzles with her friends at Comstock Tower.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Ira Warner; siblings, Thomas Hart, Joseph Hart, and James Hart; and stepdaughter, Kelly Jean Warner.

She is survived by her children, William (Mary Holmes) Barrons, Richard (Melissa) Barrons, Scott Barrons, and April (George, Jr.) Guerin; stepdaughter, Krystal Warner; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; siblings, Patti (David) Mack, Diane (Randy) Robinson, Martina (Kevin) Dillon, and Michael (Debbie) Hart; sisters-in-law, Debbie Hart, Ursula Hart, and Tina Hart; special niece, Stacy Bennett and nephew, Tony Robinson; as well as many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
