Mary M. (Glover) Dokes was born in Columbus, Ohio July 17, 1950. Mary was the daughter of E.S.T. and Mary (Freeman) Glover. She is preceded in death by her parents and 16 brothers and sister, nephew James Harper, Rannie and niece Penny Harper.
Mary leaves to cherish her memory a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, godson Malcolm Jamal McCoy and best friends Linda Williams, Vermell Price and God Daughter Niccy Chapman.
Mary was a student of Columbus City Schools and a member of Love Zion Church. She retired from the City of Columbus as a school bus driver for 35 years. Mary was a fun loving person who will help you if she could. She loved her family and her friends as much as anyone.
She will be sorely missed.
