Mary Jane Davis January 26, 1940 – March 4, 2021Mary Jane Davis of Plymouth, MA passed away on March 4th peacefully at her home. She was 81. Mary Jane (Walsh) was born January 26, 1940 in Boston, MA to the late Michael “Johnny” and Marie (Allen) Walsh. She graduated from South Boston High School and member of the National Honor Society, and Katherine Gibbs School for Stenography. Mary Jane was retired. She formerly worked at Genzyme Corporation for 30 years and was their General Services Office Jane is survived by her son Lance H Davis, MD of Kingston. She was the wife of the late John H. Davis of Plymouth, MA and the mother of the late Jay H. Davis of North Carolina. Mary Jane was one of seven children, she is survived by her two sisters, Marguerite “Peggy” Sacramona of Kingston and Cheryl Walsh of Quincy, and also her sister-in-law Polly Walsh of New Smyrna Beach, FL. She was predeceased by four brothers, Peter and his wife Peggy, Michael, Robert and David. She had many nieces, nephews and grand nieces & grand nephews. Mary Jane was an avid reader and loved playing cards and games while hanging out with family and friends.
