Mary (Christine) Randant, 81, of Centralia passed away Monday, August 24, 2020 at Carlyle Healthcare Center. Mary was born July 12, 1939, the daughter of Theodore Draege and Stella Marie (Whitsell) Draege.
She married Henry “Randy” Randant on February 22, 1958 in Tamaroa and he preceded her in death on March 4, 2019.
Mary is survived by three children: Randy R. Randant of Centralia, Rodney R. Randant and wife Lorrie of Centralia, and Robyn R. Davis and husband Tim of Centralia; seven grandchildren: Sharon Randant of Salem, Brittany Pollman and husband Allen of Aviston, Christopher Hopkins of Centralia, Paige Hopkins of Centralia, Megan Davis and Myles Niedbalski of Central City, Devin Randant of Centralia and Blaine Randant of Centralia; seven great-grandchildren; one brother: Michael Draege and wife Daphine of Centralia; one brother-in-law: David Randant and wife Gayle of Moorseville, NC; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Henry Randant; parents: Theodore and Stella Draege; mother and father-in-law: Guy and Goldie Randant, son: Ricky Randant, grandson: Alex Randant, three brothers-in-law: Guy E. Randant, Roland Randant, and Elwood “Woody” Randant, and two sisters-in-law: Betty Hostmeyer and Marilyn Hartman.
Mary worked at Littelfuse for 32 years before she retired. She was a member of First General Baptist Church in Centralia. She enjoyed reading her bible, teaching Sunday School Class, and singing at Church. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
