Mrs. Mary (Mickey) Catherine Hogan of Sandy Springs, GA died Sunday, August 8th, 2011 at the age of 94. She was born January 17th, 1917 in Pittsburgh, PA, the daughter of Daniel and Mary (Lee) McMaughan. She moved to Chicago at the age of 5; grew up on Chicago s south side; married and raised her family there. In 1984 Mary moved to Georgia to be close to her son and his family. She resided at the Hellenic Tower until her passing. While at the Hellenic Tower Mary was very active in the support groups at the Tower and in helping other residents whenever they were in need. She worked at Wendy s for ten years and received several commendations for her work.
