Mary B. Waters, 83, of Spirit Lake passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Accura Healthcare in Spirit Lake. Per Mary’s wishes, she has donated her body to science to the University of Iowa.
Mary was born on July 28, 1934 to William and Ethelyn (Martens) Waters in Wessington, SD. She graduated from Wessington High School in 1960 and went on to graduate from Business College. She moved to Spirit Lake and was self-employed as a Nanny. Mary enjoyed cleaning her house and reading.
She is survived by her brother Lowell Waters of Wessington, SD; many nieces and nephews; special friends Tammie V., Dick Morris and Darolyn Packebush.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers Glen, Alan, Dale and Del Waters.
