Mary Ann Horan Martindale, 69, of 785 West Main St., West Haven passed away March 6, 2010 in Lawrence & Memorial Hospital, New London. She was the widow of William H. Martindale. Mrs. Martindale was born in New Haven Jan. 31, 1941, daughter of the late John and Gladys Hines Horan. She worked in the Stop & Shop Bakery Dept. in Orange until her retirement. She is survived by a son, Chris (Jody) Martindale of Groton; a daughter, Renea Martindale (Richard Martinez) of Mansfield; a daughter in law, Michele Martindale of West Haven; a sister, Lillian (Charles)Foster of Milford; and five grandchildren, Niccoletta (Nicholas Murasso) Harrington, Marissa, Angellina, Richard Jr. and Zacery William; and a niece, Nicole Foster. She was predeceased by a son, William J. Martindale.
