Mary Ann Johnson, 45, of Chattanooga, died Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at her home. Mrs. Johnson was a free spirit whose soul has been freed, her charismatic and comical personality attracted everyone around her. She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Whittle and a beloved nephew, Alex Ensley. Survivors include her husband, Bob Johnson, daughter, Mary Elizabeth Bowers, father, Farrell Garnand, brother, Chris (Melanie) Garnand, all of Chattanooga; sisters, Cheryl (Ron) Puckett, Chattanooga; Gwen Garnand, Denver, CO; nieces and nephews, Cameron and Beth Garnand, Holly and Kevin Newell.
