Mary Glossberg Waldman, age 76, succumbed to pancreatic cancer on Friday, November 25, 2022. She died peacefully in the home she designed and built, that gave her great pleasure. Mary had a special gift for turning perfect strangers into friends and friends into extended family. Her passing leaves a void of goodness and love. Mary’s work ranged from construction to education. Her favorite was puppeteering for Kids on the Block, a disability awareness program through which Mary reached more than 350, 000 children and adults.
Mary is survived by husband, “Dr. Deane” Waldman; daughter, Dana; son, Alex; and three spectacular grandchildren. She will be missed by friends and family in Albuquerque, Chicago, New York City, San Diego, Istanbul, and Greece.
