Mary Alice Moreno, 82, of Hazel Green, went to be with the Lord on Monday evening.
She was a faithful Christian and a member of Plainview Church of Christ where she loved spending time with the “WISH” group. She loved to travel and enjoyed shopping. Alice also loved time with her family, reading her Bible, and working puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her husbands: Joe Brumlow and Bill Moreno; Her parents, Harley & Sillar Cater; Her daughter, Brenda Gillen; Her son, Rickey Brumlow. Her granddaughter, Heather Deweese; Her sister, Florence Durham.
Surviving family members include her children: Gale (Steve) Deweese, LeAnn Brumlow, Vicki Richardson, Bill Moreno Jr., Michelle Myers; Her brother, Charles Cater; Her sister, Faye Winter; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
