Mary Alice Price Key, 59, Alexandria, died March 10, 2003 at St. Johns Health System, Anderson Indiana after a sudden illness. She was born June 1, 1943 in Anderson, the daughter of Earl Chester and Elsie Mae Price and resided in Alexandria. She was a lifelong resident of the Anderson area. She retired from Inland Fisher Guide Division of General Motors in 1995. She was a graduate of Frankton High School. She enjoyed family research genealogy, outdoor flowers and cooking with her grandkids. She also enjoyed photographs. She was a good friend and mother. We will greatly miss her. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Elbert ”Junior” Key; two children, Robert G. Key of Ft. Wayne and Michelle R. & husband Truitt Ficklin of Alexandria; two grandchildren, Brandon S. Key and Brittney N. Key both of Alexandria; a brother, William A. Price; special friends, Horace & Jean Matthews; as well as many well thought of nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents Earl Chester and Elsie Mae Plummer Price, an older sister Carolyn Sue Price and a younger sister Donna Jean Price.
