Mary Alice Dwyer, 72 Troy Mary Alice Dwyer, at the age of 72 entered peacefully into eternal rest on August 10, 2001 at Samaritan Hospital Troy. Born to John J. and Margaret A. Griffa. She was a life long resident of Troy and was the beloved wife of Eugene Dwyer for 43 years. She was educated in the Troy school system and was employed by the Fleet Bank Corporation Tax Division until her retirement in 1990. Survivors in addition to her husband include three daughters Marilyn Patti-Ely and husband Phillip of San Diego, CA, Roslyn Patti-Hennessy and husband Paul of Wynantskill and Kathleen Dwyer-Murphy and husband John of Gales Ferry, CT; a son John M. and wife Myra Patti of Belton, SC; 5 grandchildren and one great grandson. She was predeceased by her loving sister Margaret “Peggy” T. Conway.
