DURHAM- Marvin William “Billy” Rigsbee, Jr., 63, passed away December 2, 2018, after a brief illness.
Mr. Rigsbee was born September 24, 1955 to the late Marvin William Rigsbee, Sr. and Frances Wrenn Rigsbee in Durham, NC. He was a former member of Holloway Street Baptist Church. Mr. Rigsbee enjoyed playing guitar, singing, and loved his family and friends.
Mr. Rigsbee is survived by his sisters, Denise Rigsbee Wilson (Mike) of Raleigh, NC, Sandra Rigsbee Lugar (Barry) of Prospect, KY; nieces, Dawn Lugar King, Shannon Wilson-Chandler; nephew, Jeffrey Wilson; and several great nieces and nephews.
m. Wednesday December 5, 2018 at Brier Creek Memorial Gardens. Reverend Hugh O’Shields will officiate.
