Marvin attended Belton High School and attended Temple College. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Tamara Lancaster Maxwell; father, Marvin J (Jackie) Maxwell of Arkansas; daughters, Tiffany (Tommy) Maxwell-Pruitt of Belton, Mauri (Noah) Maxwell-Merritt of Hutto; 3 sisters, Crystal Smith, Donna Redmon, Sheila Ballard all of Arkansas. 5 grandsons Landon Maxwell, Zaedyn Merritt, Cooper Maxwell, Colt Jones and Gavin Merritt.
Marvin is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Preece Milford and brother Gary Maxwell.
