Marva C. Douglas was born October 20th, 1935 in Ontario Canada to the late Samuel and Ethel Bishop. She departed this life on Wednesday, November 11th, 2015 at the Wilson Health Center in Gaithersburg Maryland. Marva C. Douglas and Jack B. Douglas were joined in holy matrimony on August 10th, 1957 to this union five children were born. Preceding her death were her parents: Samuel and Ethel Bishop, as well as here six siblings Elenora, Fredrick, Robert, Orian, Marion, and Margaret.
In 1957 Marva relocated to Cleveland, where she married her husband Jack B.BB. Douglas. Marva worked making toupees for men. She enjoyed Macrame, baking, and playing cards.
She leaves to cherish her memory one brother Marvin C. Bishop her twin brother, two sons, Jack B. Douglas Jr of Bedford, Ohio, Derrick D. Douglas of Cleveland Ohio. three daughters, Brenda K. Douglas of Clarksburg Maryland, Karen D. Douglas of Cleveland Heights Ohio, and Carolyn V. Douglas of Hamilton Virginia; six grandchildren, Stromboli Paris, Ricky, Corey Christopher Douglas Teresa Smith,Zulekia and Rachel Douglas; on great grand child, Dwayne Douglas, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
