Martin P. Sieger of Bordentown died unexpectedly Monday, March 5th at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton, he was 43 years of age. He was a lifelong resident of Burlington & Mercer counties. Born on January 11, 1969 in Willingboro, NJ,

Martin is the son of Elizabeth (Huryn) Johnson of Bordentown and the late John H. Sieger.

Martin was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Joseph & Adele (nee Cieciezenski) Huryn and his paternal grandparents: Harold & Eleanor (nee Stoudt) Sieger. In addition to his mother

Martin is survived by his brothers John D. Sieger (wife Dawn) of Cinnaminson, Jay H. Sieger (wife Molly) of Burlington and his sister; Jeri L. Sieger of Hightstown as well as his nephew; Joshua Sieger and niece Krystal Sieger. Although retired due to his health, Martin spent many years working in the Commercial Building products industry. His knowledge of the many different facets of the industry made him an invaluable member of any organization he worked with.

Martin’s favorite pastime was fishing and he routinely visited Assunpink Lake in his quest to “land the big one”. An avid sports fan,

Martin enjoyed rooting for the Washington Redskins, the Flyers and the Phillies. He also enjoyed spending time with friends, listening to music, playing computer games and watching old movies. He was a dear & trusted friend to many and unless he shared his health problems with you, you would have never known of his struggles. He showed a rare concern for others and their problems and his loss from the lives of those who loved him cannot be described with mere words. He will be missed terribly.
