Martin C. Anderson, age 94, of St. Charles passed away Monday, July 1, 2013 at Delnor Hospital in Geneva.
He was born in St. Charles, the son of Oscar and Lilli (Broberg) Anderson.
Martin worked for Edward Hines Lumber in St. Charles for many years. He was a World War II veteran having served in the Army. He also belonged to the Vikings for more than 50 years.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years Dolores (Miller); two daughters Ramona (Gary) Osgood of Elmhurst and Rhonda (Steve) Topp of Missouri; two grandchildren Megan (Captain Joseph) Doyle and Ryan Osgood.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings Hildur, Dagmar, Margret, Ema, Rudolf, Helge, Hilding, and Maurice; and his grandson Kevin.
