Mrs. Martha Ozella Duncan, age 92, passed away early morning on Monday, September 07, 2015 in Newnan. She was born June 29, 1923 in Carroll County, GA to the late Harvey Grey and Jenny Pearl Musick Grey. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband William “Bill” Duncan. Ozella is survived by her children Linda Waddell of Newnan GA and Martha Smith and her husband Cliff of Newnan GA. She is also survived by grand children, David Smith, Danny Smith, Donny Smith, Proctor Smith, Cliff Smith and 8 great grandchildren.
