Mrs. Lewis was born July 14, 1920 in Lebonan, Kentucky daughter of the late Henry C. and Stella (Shuttles) Burdette.
She is survived by one daughter, Marcia Ricci and her husband Richard of Las Vegas, NV; three grandchildren Dawn M. Francis, Janis N. Moloo and Richard R. Ricci, Jr; five great-grandchildren and two nieces. She was predeceased by her sister Ruth Wood.
