Martha Godshalk Meyers died on Tuesday March 2. She was born near Doylestown, Pa on January 27, 1922. She was the third child in a family of four. Her parents were Charlie and Susie Godshalk. Sisters were Esther Mae Godshalk (deceased), Sarah Chittick and Blanche Althouse. Martha was married to Clarence Meyers on Oct. 24, 1944. Clarence and Martha have three sons, Richard (married to Linda Dee), Ed (married to Linda Kae) and Tom. There are 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild (Ryan, Trevor, Carrie, Rachael, Anicka, Jessica, Katie and Maggie). Among Martha’s greatest joys in life were her family and her love of food and cooking meals for others. She had an avid curiosity about the lives of others, in particular international guests in her home.
