Martha Lynn (Smith) Matteo, of South Elgin IL, and formerly of Newnan, passed away October 16, 2011.
She was born on April 26, 1951 in Griffin, GA to the late Charles D. Smith, Sr and Martha Mozelle Thompson, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Anthony Matteo (Sara), of Euclid, OH; daughter, Martha Tarmichael (Doug), of South Elgin, IL; brother, Charles Smith, Jr (Nancy) of Memphis, TN; sister, Deborah Huff (Jeff) of Newnan; grandchildren, Grace, Sonny & Mae Matteo and August Tarmichael.
She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and dear friends including her beloved pet Lanie.
