She was preceded in death by her parents, Tonie Lofty and Ethel “Massinggill” Lofty; son, William Lee Knight; daughter, Helen Tucker; brother, Dan Lofty; and sisters, Gerter Weeks, Nancy Rogers, Tony B. Smythers, Sally Baker, and Stella Workman.
She is survived by her son, Paul Knight and Paulette Knight of Rocky Face; daughters, Sally and Bucky Franklin of Ranger and Patricia Howell of Dalton; brother, Bill Lofty of Dalton; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
