Martha Burcin, 84, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully at home on Friday December 27, 2019. She was the loving wife of the late John G. “Jack” Burcin, who passed away on July 28, 2016. Martha was born on December 19, 1935 in Coaldale, Pa to the late John and Helen (Milan) Hrisko.
In addition to raising her 5 children, Martha worked in housekeeping for many years for Manorcare in Bethlehem. She enjoyed traveling with her husband Jack on trips to the casino in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Atlantic City and Mount Airy. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, going on trips to the beach to Cape May, NJ., and also cooking, baking, attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, and her love of dogs.
SURVIVORS: She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Sandra L. Burcin of Philadelphia; sons John G. Burcin, with who she resided, Glen R. Burcin and his wife Cindy, Gregg E. Burcin and his wife Lisa, and Robert J. Burcin and his wife Shelly all of Bethlehem; grandchildren John “Jack”, Joseph, Christopher, Eric, Jared and Julia; her dog Angie.
