Martha Hawksworth Barto left this world at home in Meridian, Idaho, peacefully on March 3, 2018. Taken too soon at 65, she fought a hard battle with cancer. She is sorely missed by all who were lucky enough to be in her presence.
Born in Missoula, MT, she hit the ground running. She grew up in Idaho Falls with her parents, Tom and Pat Hawksworth, brothers Tom and Robert, and sister Margaret. Martha ended up in Boise and Meridian, where she lived a beautiful life. She worked at the phone company for 30+ years and always had the candy bowl full.
