Marshall was born on July 19, 1948, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Anna and Lacy Radford. He served our country proudly in the United States Navy as a Distribution Clerk 4th Class. He then went on to work for N.S.A and was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church
Marshall is survived by his devoted wife of 45 years, Patricia M. Radford; and his beloved siblings, Wayne A. Radford, Linda L. Spencer, and Mark A. Radford. He was predeceased by his cherished son, Eric M. Radford.
