Mrs. Marlyn Elizabeth Daniel Tramel, 85, died Friday, February 25, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital North MS..M…M. at the church..Mrs. Tramel was born on April 6, 1936 in Lafayette County, MS to the late Alline and Golden Daniel and was the widow of Mr. John Eulis Tramel. Mrs. Tramel was a dedicated member of Faith Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school and youth classes. The relationship she had with the Lord was a part of her daily life and the cherished the relationships she had with her church family. Mrs. Tramel was a skilled craftsman and enjoyed woodworking. Over the years, she and her late husband built a family cabin, assisted in building family member’s homes and built many sets of cabinets by hand! She was an avid reader and could quickly get lost in a book and immediately looked for a new title as soon as she reached the end. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors working in her yard. Following her retirement from The University of Mississippi Printing department, her caring nature led her to become an elder caregiver for many years.
