Marlene was united in marriage to Albert Mechling, Jr. on August 30, 1956, who preceded her in death on September 8, 2017. She is survived by her daughters, Kimberle (Tim) Stuut and Michelle Cheesebro; 4 grandchildren, Autumnlyn, Ashlee (Cory), Tyler (Liz), and Tayelor; 4 great-grandchildren, Graham, Fynn, Gage, and Alexandria; and 3 step great-grandchildren, Riley, Lilian, and Serie.
