MARLENE ETIENNE, 47, passed away on July 25, 2016, in Orange Park, Florida. She was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, on September 10, 1968.
Marlene, and her husband, Marc, made the United States their home around the year 2000. After completing the requirements for her CNA certification, she worked in the nursing profession for many years. Marlene will be remembered for her radiant smile and her sweet, magnetic personality. Among her favorite things to do were singing, dancing, gardening, cooking, and laughing – she had a great sense of humor.
Marlene is survived by her husband, Marc Etienne; her four children, Luyela, Yedid, Hanan, Eliel; her mother, Damise Jean-Baptiste; her brother, Jameson Pierre-Louis; her sister, Cathia Pierre-Louis; and many extended family members.
