Mark Johnson passed away peacefully on May 31, 2019 at the age of 66. He was predeceased by his parents Roy and Inga (Betty) Johnson. He is survived by his 4 daughters Jessica Johnson, Kristen Johnson, Erika and Chris Eccleston, and Alyssa and Phil Kelly. He is also survived by his best friend and big brother Roy Johnson. Mark had 2 sisters Priscilla Wheeler, Linda and Ken Berg, 8 grandchildren, and many other family members and friends. Mark was born on January 18, 1953 in Lowell, Mass. He graduated with a carpentry certificate from Nashoba Valley Tech in 1972, where he was a local hockey star, mentioned in the papers weekly. After high school, Mark started J&G Construction with his best friend Jay in the Townsend area. In 1980, he continued building homes on his own all over Cape Cod. Mark enjoyed watching hockey, fishing and shell fishing, attending car shows in his 70′ Mustang or 23′ T-Bucket, watching The Three Stooges, and a good steak dinner. These hobbies could only be made better by a daughter accompanying him, as his true happiness in life was being a father. He will be remembered as a loving, wise, quick-witted, stubborn Swede.
