Mark Nuttall Jenkins
Mark Nuttall Jenkins, 96, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Rocky Mountain Care Center in Clearfield.
He was born February 9, 1917 in Newton, Utah to Moroni Jenkins and Alice Nuttall.
He served in the Army Air Corps during WWII.
Mark married Bonnie Rae Pitcher January 15, 1947 in Ogden, Utah. They were later sealed June 19, 1957 in the Logan Temple. They had just celebrated their 67th Wedding Anniversary together.
Mark was a member of the Sunset 2nd Ward. He has served as counselor in the Bishopric and many other callings throughout his life. Mark and Bonnie served as missionaries together in the Atlanta Temple and then later worked in the Ogden Temple.
He worked at Hill Air Force Base doing property disposal and retired after 33 years. Mark loved to play the piano, fish and hunt.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie, children; Greg (Connie) Jenkins, Kathy Hassell, Jeff Jenkins, Christie Hole, David (Pam) Jenkins, Doug (DeAnn) Jenkins, Steve (Cindy) Jenkins, Rick (Kim) Jenkins, 22 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and five siblings.
