Mark was born in Seoul, Korea, and adopted by Peg and Bob at 3 months of age.
Mark was a fun-loving friend whose smile never failed to brighten the lives of those around him. He threw himself into new challenges with great passion, teaching himself many skills and moving on to new ones. Mark truly loved fishing and golf. With dear friends, Mark spent many hours fishing along the North Carolina coast and rarely came home empty handed. He was a gifted angler. He enjoyed playing golf with friends and making new friends, and brought his spirit of adventure to hobbies as diverse as bow-hunting and dancing. Mark lived each day to the fullest. He was loved by many loyal friends and will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched.
