Mark is survived by his loving wife, Debra Carter of Greenwood, IN.; his three children, Benjamin Carter of Rockville, MD., Whitney (Drew) Young of Greenwood, IN., Carly Carter of Indianapolis, IN.; two wonderful grandchildren, Carter Young, Eli Young; sister-in-law, Wendy (Phil Martin) McClellan; brother-in-law, Mark (Donna) McClellan; loving nieces and nephews.
