DURHAM Mr. Mark Burton Harris, 31, of Durham, died on Thursday, May 18, 2017.
Mark was a native and lifelong resident of Durham. He was a graduate of Southern High School, where he was inducted into the National Honor Society. He was employed with GGEMS LLC as a Guardian Supervisor. He loved music, Electronics and Video Games. Mark was a member of the Triangle Church of Christ in Chapel Hill. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Kenneth Appel, Sr., grandmother, Clarine Allen and cousin, David Lee Appel
He is survived by his wife, Wendy Harris; his parents, David and Vivian Harris of Durham; son, Mark Lee Harris; daughters, Elizabeth Marie Harris, Jewelene Ray Harris and Aria Rose Harris (unborn); brother, Matthew Harris and wife, Chelsea of Durham; grandmother, Barbara Appel; uncles and aunts, Kenneth and Sue Appel, Charles and Liz Tackett; Eleanor Jackson, Tommy and Marie Harris and Jerry Appel; nieces, Emma and Skyler Harris.m.
