Muncie – Mark A. Goodpaster, 56, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2014, at Millers Merry Manor in Hartford City following an extended illness.
Mark was born in Muncie on October 16, 1957, the son of Charles Clay and Betty Mildred (Gossett) Goodpaster, and was a graduate of Union High School in Modoc.
Mr. Goodpaster was a self-employed contractor for over 25 years. He was an antique collector, and enjoyed going to antique shows.
Survivors include a daughter, Ashley Sells, (husband-Michael), Selma; a step-son, Brad Morgan, (significant other-Holly Simmons), Selma; a sister, Camellia Pflum, Gainesville, Florida; two brothers, Tyrone Goodpaster, (wife-Jo), Gaston, and Tas Goodpaster, Greenville, Ohio; two grandchildren, Beau and Kadilynn Sells, both of Selma; three step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Cindy Barber.
