Mark A. “Barney” Ruble, 59, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at 7:18 a.m. at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, IN.
Mr. Ruble was born in Huntington, IN on July 13, 1958 to Harry E. and Doris A. (Haneline) Ruble. His parents preceded him in death. He married Arlene R. Loudenback and she preceded him in death on March 9, 2012.
Mr. Ruble graduated from Huntington North High School in 1977. He worked in maintenance at Pyle Industries for several years. Mr. Ruble also worked at WSI in Fort Wayne, IN for several years before retiring. Barney loved to fish, mushroom hunting and camping. He was also an avid bowler.
Barney is survived by two step sons, Joey Reese, Huntington, IN, and Josh Dyke, Huntington, IN; two step daughters, Daniele (Charles) Elston, Huntington, IN, and Angie Little, Huntington, IN; a sister-in-law, Linda Harris; a nephew and two nieces. He is also survived by many, many close friends.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, David Harris, and Gerald “Jerry” Harris; two nephews and one niece.
