Marjorie Reitz, 83, of Three Oaks, Michigan, died Tuesday morning, February 12, 2008 at Lakeland Community Hospital in Niles, Michigan. Marjorie was born August 3, 1924 in Three Oaks to Perry and Beulah (Mangold)Martin and graduated from Three Oaks High School in 1942.
On June 1, 1946 she married Christian Reitz in Three Oaks. He preceded her in death on May 30, 1977. Marjorie enjoyed listening to Country and Gospel music; cooking and the holidays; solving jigsaw puzzles, crosswords, and word searches. Marjorie also liked eating out with her family and watching her great grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughters, Kristine Reitz and Lorinda Reitz both of Three Oaks; grandchildren, Nicole and Eric; great grandchildren, Christian and Kendall; sister, Donna Ranson of Florida and her brother Richard Martin of Niles, Michigan. Her son, Dennis preceded her in death in 1993.
