She was active in Cardinal O’Hara’s fashion shows, and fundraisers for many 27 years Marge worked as a receptionist, and shampoo assistant at her daughter in law’s hair salon, where she gave the “best shampoos” she became a mom-mom, she loved to babysit, and made so many special treats for her grandsons. Always ready with a chocolate pudding cake, or blueberry crumble cake. She looked forward to winter travel with her husband driving to Florida each year, and continued to enjoy the summers in Sea Isle City NJ, with her family. Marge was an avid reader, she would nestle with 2-3 books each week, mostly love of cooking has given her family many recipes of special dishes, mostly Italian, although she was from an Irish/English background. She could reproduce an array of dishes from watching the cooking favorite color was pink, and she wore it well. From 2016, she fought hard against the dementia that was plaguing her, yet she never lost her spunk, or feisty nature. Her family was everything, she never missed a birthday, or event to help celebrate. Marge was a tiny woman with a huge personality and her memories will be her legacy to cherish as time passes may not be with us anymore, but our love for you will never die.
