Marjorie Lou Trieglaff, 87 of Richview formerly of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia.
She was born May 1, 1927 in DuBois, daughter of Cecil August Trieglaff and Mary Elizabeth (Vaughn) Trieglaff.
Ms. Trieglaff is survived by a nephew, Bruce Trieglaff; a niece, Darla Kasperek and husband David; two great-nephews: Derek Trieglaff and Drew Trieglaff; two nieces: Sarah Trieglaff and Rachel Kasperek; a great-great-nephew, Erik Trieglaff; three great-great-nieces: Josie Trieglaff, Leah Trieglaff and Moriah Trieglaff; many other friends that she called family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Kenneth C. Trieglaff and Robert G. Trieglaff, sister-in-law: Verna D. (Robbins) Trieglaff, a nephew: David K. Trieglaff, and a niece-in-law: Barbara Brown-Trieglaff.
Marjorie lived 60 plus years of her life in St. Louis, MO, but called Richview, IL her home. She retired from the department of Veterans Affairs, where she worked for 26 years. She was an avid reader and loved to walk outdoors and spend time with her family.
