MATLOCK, Mrs. Marjorie L.C., Kalamazoo, MI. Died Sunday evening October 3, 2010. Marjorie was born August 7, 1929 in San Francisco, California a daughter of Samuel and Martha Boyd Colclough.
She had been a Kalamazoo area resident since 1963 and was employed with J.C. Penney and Kmart for many years before retiring. Marjorie also attended St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, North Park Reformed Church and St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Robert and Frank Colclough; a sister, Dorothy Haitsuka; 3 grandsons, David Jones, Rob Matlock, and Kurtis Russell. Marjorie is survived by 5 children, Robert Dorothy Matlock of Comstock, Michellea “Ralph” Matlock of Comstock, Russell Sally Matlock of Portage, Donovan Matlock of California; and Leona Slye of Comstock; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a sister, Lou Dan Roberts of California; and many beloved friends and family.
