Marjorie Jane Roberts Shafer
Mrs. Shafer was the loving wife of Clayton S. Shafer for 57 years until his passing in 2004. Mrs. Shafer is survived by her son Larry Shafer, her loving dogs “Buffy” and “Tinkerbell” and many nieces and nephews, .
Mrs. Shafer was born in Walterboro. She was the daughter of the late Berry Wesley Roberts and Verna Eugenia Jones Roberts and the step daughter of Lena Emma Avant Roberts. She was also preceded in death by her brothers Floyd and Hayman Roberts.
The family expresses their appreciation for the loving care of Linda, Amy and the Tri County Hospice Staff.
