Marjorie H. (Bratti) Morse of Carver, formerly of Plymouth passed away peacefully, on July 1st at B.I.D.Medical Center Boston. Beloved wife of James H. Morse Sr. Born in Plymouth on December 9, 1953, daughter of the late Albert and Marjorie (Leach) Bratti, she was educated in Plymouth and a graduate of Plymouth – Carver High School. Besides her husband James she is survived by her son James Morse Jr and his wife Sheila of Hanson, Heather Mahan and her husband Brendon of Marshfield and Samantha Morse of Carver. Sister of Fred Bratti of Ark., Vincent Bratti Sr. of Whitman, Steven Bratti of R.I., Maryann Diodato of Plymouth, Barbara Huff of S. Carolina, Louisa Bassett of Carver and the late Albert Bratti, Jr. Grandmother of Shaelyn Heiner, Megan Mahan, Darian Hall, Avrie Morse and Jase Cazale. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Marjorie had a great love of spending time with her family and taking care of her grandchildren, she took great pride in sharing past traditions to ensure they would be carried on through them. In her free time she enjoyed crocheting, genealogy, animals, going antiquing and seeing the Clydesdale at the Fryeburg Fair, attending Plymouth’s 4th of July and Thanksgiving Day parades. She enjoyed the music of John Lennon, Motown and the Temptations, she loved the Wizard of OZ, Musicals, Classic Movies and Taboo perfume. Visiting hours in the Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home 373 Court St. North Plymouth (Near Cordage Park) on Thursday July 9th from 4-8 pm. Due to Covid 19 restrictions Funeral Services on Friday will be private. Relatives and friends are invite to watch the service via livestreaming on Friday at 10 am at www.cartmelldavis.com. Go to the obituary and select tribute wall to view. A gathering celebration of life will follow and it’s location will be announced after the service as the family is waiting to finalize due to Covid restrictions. Memorial donations in her name may be made to the Vasculitis Foundation for Wegener’s Granulomatosis research.
