Marjorie Dell Taylor, (nee Edie), age 92, a resident of Pasadena for 68 years, and formerly of Hampden, passed at her home on October 26, 2014 surrounded by her family.
She was born on December 24, 1921, in Baltimore; to the late Mary Ada and Chester Irwin Edie. One of three children, she graduated from Seton High School, and went on to marry and have seven children. Along with homemaking, she worked selling Dutchmaid clothing for 19 years. A volunteer and long time member of St.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years: Ralph Donald Taylor; her son James D. Taylor; and her sister Gloria Higdon.
Marjorie is survived by her three daughters: Nancy T. Buckel, Patricia M. Henderson, and Jane F. Taylor; her three sons: Richard W., William J., and John D. Taylor; her brother Kenneth Edie; 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
