Marjorie Anne Cyr, 85, passed away September 21, 2011. Born April 8, 1926 in Minocqua Wisconsin, Marjorie and her husband moved their family from California to Paradise Valley in 1972. He preceded her in death in 1997. Marjorie followed her dream of seeing the world by becoming an airline stewardess for TWA. It was during that time she met her future husband, airline pilot Howard “Zip” Cyr. Soon after they married Marge joined her husband’s airline and they were able to tour the country together as a part of the same crew. Later, she became an Avon Representative where she made many lifelong friends and continued to “work” until her early eighties. Marge stayed active with the local chapter of the TWA Clipped Wings, various investment clubs and with her many friends and family.
Marjorie will be greatly missed by her two sons and their wives, Mark and Pam, Paul and Maria; four grandchildren Meghan, Jeffrey, Heather and Julie, one great grandson, Conner James and daughter-in-law Clara.
